Ben Kidson might look like a pop star, but he’s not trying to be one (and he’s definitely not a rapper). He’s carving his own path, fuelled by a run of viral videos and a growing cult following drawn to his razor-sharp writing and brutal honesty.

Tracks like back on the apps, shiver, and mortified have struck a nerve online - blending jagged guitars with biting observations about love, addiction, and digital chaos. But Ben’s not chasing trends. He’s pulling away from traditional pop, saying he has “too much to say to fit into a melody.” The result is music that feels more like a punch in the gut than a polished single - raw, self-aware, and unfiltered.

On stage, Ben walks the line between gig and confession - loud, unpredictable, and completely open. He’s already performed at the Commonwealth Games, BST Hyde Park, and half-time at Molineux, and continues to build his live presence, having supported Hobo Johnson, Will Linley, and Good Health Good Wealth across Europe. He headlines The Lexington in January 2025.
