Tonight guitarist Joe Green plays his sky blue Danelectro like Jimi Hendrix raised on The Slits. Sure, ambition will always triumph over ability, but this band have both in teapot-loads - barefoot, glitter-daubed singer Claire Smith is a star-in-waiting, coming on like Bjork crying her eyes out because Syd Barrett hasn't returned her calls. Others would argue that it was an off the cuff, interim band name solution while they thought of something better. Either way, they would like you to enjoy the noises they make.
